I had a gel manicure, gel pedicure and eyebrow shape with Shanie this afternoon. I was really pleased with the whole experience, which was very professional and felt like the salon experience at home. Shanie is lovely and gives good advice on colours and shapes. She's really interesting to talk to and I warmed to her immediately. Anyway, my nails look great, eyebrows are super neat and I feel much rejuvenated after 2hrs of pampering whilst the children had their afternoon nap! Conveniently for those with small children, she's happy to do late evening appointments or work around the disruption of children. I'll be booking her in again soon.

Incidentally, I've never had gel nails before and am totally amazed about being able to do the washing immediately after my treatment - oooh, the glamour! Thanks Shanie!

Just to add another recommendation for Shanie. She's been doing my gel manicures and pedicures for a couple of years now and I try to avoid having them done by anyone else as they never look as good. She's a complete perfectionist and immaculately tidy. She's also become a good friend and a source of sound advice. I occasionally let her loose on my eyebrows too for a much needed shape and tint!

I have to jump on this thread and also recommend Shanie / The Mani Pedi Wax Club... She has been my at home beautician for 2 years now and she's a lovely girl. She does my Gel manicures and Pedicures as well as a super quick Brazilian wax. I'd also say she does the best eye brows in East Dulwich (I've tried others and had a few disasters unfortunately).

Hello,

I just wanted to give my endorsement to Shanie....as she is now my go-to girl for waxing and pedicures.

She does everything in the comfort of your home, is lovely, friendly and puts you at ease (even if you have hobbit feet!).

Another recommendation for Shanie. YY she is a perfectionist! She was incredibly professional and gave me a beautiful gel mani/pedi. She was very relaxed about the general chaos and my 15 month old attempting to paddle in her foot spa.
