I'd like to build a shed / summerhouse at the end of my backgarden.

I plan for it to have foundations and be built of breeze blocks / bricks plus double glass doors.

It would then be clad with reclaimed timber so it looks like a wooden construction.

Does anyone know if I need planning permission or if any

Building regs apply. Or can I just go ahead and do it ?

i don't think there are massive rules around this as long as its within a hight limit and square footage and isnt used for sleeping purposes. Quite a few people on my road have concrete foundation summer houses/ offices in their garden and which are of good size. But this is just observation, not fact :-)
