Want to get fit without having to go to the Gym?

Finding it hard to gain the motivation and stick to a routine?

Difficulty in implementing and sticking to a nutritional plan?

Believe it or not, most people that have a gym membership don't bother going, not because they think that they don't have the motivation, but because they don't like the atmosphere. They can find the staff lazy, unhelpful and/or arrogant, and the clientelle intimidating and crowding. Sometimes the places are unmaintained properly, and gyms are a classic carrier of germs and bacteria, which is why colds are caught on a regular basis.

Hello, I'm a Personal Trainer with over 25 years of experience in Weight training, bodyweight training, Combatitive, circuit, and other forms of exercise programs.

I'm also able to give nutritional advice along with the training for either weight loss or bulking up... but it is always important to have a solid/consistent diet to stick to.

    • Not sure what point you are making I have long since been aware of the issues, and would never have gone for it.  Maybe it cannot be applied without capturing damp.  I question why government part funded it.  But I also question why individuals did not do their own research.  This took me five second, it took longer to cut and paste it here: Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors The RICS advises homeowners to get independent advice from a qualified professional who is not affiliated with the installer or manufacturer. They also recommend not installing spray foam in listed or protected buildings without prior consent.   Property Care Association The PCA recommends that homeowners carry out appropriate checks to determine if spray foam is suitable for their roof. They also created a protocol for surveyors and lenders to make informed decisions about properties with spray foam insulation.     HomeOwners Alliance The HomeOwners Alliance recommends that homeowners avoid installing spray foam roof insulation.
