The company replaced it for us and told us the issue was that they had a worker who did not clean the surfaces sufficiently before sticking them together. I think a bit of solvent and some new sticky material would fix it right up. Also very easy to install if you have the cabling in place. We installed the replacement ourselves in 10mins.
