In person hypnobirthing group - Nov weekend (16th and 17th)

I'm delighted to be teaching hypnobirthing in Dulwich in a couple of weeks, with spaces still available if you'd like to join. The course is in Push studios, split over Saturday and Sunday afternoon. It is invaluable for anyone looking to learn tools and techniques to help have an empowering birth experience. Birth partners will know how they can play an active role and you will come away feeling more relaxed, confident and positive, with a deep and experiential understanding of how to practice hypnobirthing together during pregnancy and how to apply it during labour.

I have been teaching locally for over 10 years and bring a wealth of experience to my courses. My approach is focused on helping build self-belief with kindness and compassion, so that you can trust your instincts and make informed decisions to do things your way.
