Advice on/looking for nanny/nanny share

I have a 3 month old daughter and I will be going back to work full time from around February 2014. I have just started to look at childcare options (nursery waiting lists are long) and would be grateful for any tips on how/where to best source a good nanny in East Dulwich and if anyone has a nanny that may be looking for work from next year that they can recommend (I'm open to live in or live out)?

I'm also considering a nanny share and would like to hear from anyone nearby also looking for a share starting around Feb next year (I live near Northcross road). I'm keen to get advice from anyone that has/is nanny sharing and whether that's worked well and what I need to consider?
