Recommendation Needed : Builder who can create a downstairs WC?s

We are going through a legal process to buy a house and it needs a downstairs WC?s. we think we can only fit that into their current kitchen which means, although it may seem small we need a good builder who can build a downstairs WC?s and change the existing kitchen layout to accommodate it.

I would really appreciate for recommendations please.
