Total house refurb and rear extension help needed

Hi


I have been actively looking at the forums and getting loads of great ideas/names etc for builders , plumbers, architects. So thought i would send one final message to gather any other names i should contact/quote before deciding.


Looking at a total house refurb in Dulwich - 5 bedroom house. Extending out the back into a large family room.


Looking for recommendations for Architects (must have worked with the Dulwich Estate)

Builders (who have done large projects and have great references in the area)

Stair case renovation

Windows draught proofing, reglazing

Glass panels

Underfloor Water Heating

Electrical Rewire

New plumbing/boiler/mega flow

Painting/Decorating

Roofer

We did out house refurb in Dulwitch about 4 years ago. We moved out last year and we used the same company for our new house in clapham. For both works we used: www.wernerandwerner.co.uk

Twice they did a very good work for us and I am happy to recommend them. Ask for Stan.
