Hi! Would you like to make changes in your life but don't quite know where or how to start?

Life coaching can give you the tools and support you need to get your life where you want it to be, to be happier in the present and find balance in all aspects of your life. I am passionate about helping you reach your goals and discover what really makes you happy.

Sessions usually last an hour and we meet in one of the lovely independent cafes in East Dulwich.

After each session you can expect to feel inspired, motivated and positive. A problem shared is a problem halved.

I have had such great success with my clients, usually after only 1-3 sessions. The results have included one lady finally getting pregnant after discovering the mental blocks that were stopping her from success, which ultimately involved a complete change of lifestyle and location that caused her so much contentment and relaxation she achieved her dream of becoming a mum!

Please give me a call and I can talk you through what to expect from a session and tell you my rates which are extremely affordable. I shall be delighted to hear from you and support you in any area of your life. You can reach me on 07411915564. Susannah Wilson.

"When I first met with Susannah I was at a stage in my life where I felt like things were quite hopeless. Even from the first session Susannah really enabled me to identify what wasn?t working and to take steps to improve those aspects of my life.

Life coaching with Susannah really helped to make me feel empowered in my life, particularly in aspects such as my career and relationships. Working with Susannah gave me a more balanced perspective in how I approach things and really helped to turn around a particularly negative period into one of positive momentum.

Even if you start with just one session with Susannah, I would definitely recommend it!"

    • Hi SpringTime, I completely understand the concern for protecting birds, but using bells on cats is a bit more complicated. While they may reduce hunting success, they're not always effective & can cause stress for some cats, who are highly sensitive to sound. A better solution is to ensure cats are kept indoors during peak bird activity & providing plenty of enrichment at home to satisfy their hunting instincts. There's a terrible misconception that cats do not require as much mental & physical enrichment as dogs do. But they do, if not more so.
    • But we can train them to kill the foreign invaders, green sqwaky things, and the rats with feathers
    • Hi Nigello, Many spayed/neutered & microchipped cats actually don't wear collars, as they often go missing & can pose risks.  Microchipping is far more reliable for reuniting lost cats with their guardians. Some of our clients even keep sacks of collars on standby because their cats frequently return without them - a comical but telling example of how impractical collars can be. A major contributor to unspayed/unneutered cats & kittens is purchasing from breeders, where these measures are often overlooked. Adopting from shelters, on the other hand, ensures all precautionary steps - like spaying/neutering, microchipping, as well as vaccinations - are already in place.
