Having all sorts of problems, note coming up in iTunes saying that my ipod is synched with another iTunes library on "LIFEBOOK" do I want to erase this ipod and sync with this iTunes library!!!!!!! Never heard of this library. Don't want to sync as it as all my music is on the ipod ,

Not great with technology so any ideas/help would be appreciated.
