Family friendly pub with play area

I'd like to have birthday drinks soon with about 20 people and have a few friends with kids who would like to come along. Can anyone recommend a great pub with a play area so adults can get peace to chat at some point! Not too fussed if its local or not, anywhere south or central London will do.

In Forest Hill: The All Inn One - Foresters Arms. But you need to book in advance, they get very busy! xx

We rather like the Dulwich Woodhouse as a family friendly pub. Great outdoor area and they have a collection of toys and games for the little ones to play with. Food is nothing to write home about, so we go for the space and ample parking.

The Florence in Herne Hill has a play area, haven't been there myself though.

The Victoria Inn on Bellenden Road has a playroom and a screen in the bar so you can see your kids playing, but you can't book it out so it can get fairly busy on weekends (esp. Sunday afternoons). The Florence is also nice.

Can second all in one, our kids love the play area in the garden.

The Rosendale has a great outdoor play area and is very family friendly inside with proper food for the kids, colouring in sheets and games.
