Pilates in pregnancy is beneficial in helping with postural changes, improving pelvic floor function, supporting the back and pelvis which is important due to the affect of your growing baby and pregnancy hormones.


The next three week course starts on 1 December at Goose Green from Monday 3 November - 8-9pm. All equipment is provided and the class sizes are limited to 8.


Courses are run by experienced Body Control Pilates instructor with specialist training in teaching ante and post natal exercise.
