Red01
After several frustrating months and a lot of limping around I've finally given up on using the NHS. I'd really appreciate any reccomendations for a podiatrist, especially if they helped you overcome tibial tendon dysfunction/plantar fascitis or general biomechanical problems. Thanks a lot in advance! Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/55150-local-podiatrist/ Share on other sites

Jennys
A few years ago I had an arch support made by Merrifield shoe repairer in Grove Vale. It cured my plantar fasciitis. mancity68
What sort of cost is involved for private treatment at Dulwich Podiatry? Grateful for any advice. Jah Lush
I think its about ?32 for a check-up and then it depends on what sort of treatment you need. They sorted out my ingrowing toenails a few months back. Two appointments cost me about ?120. Worth every penny as I was in quite a bit of pain and they are fine now. catg
Try Kennington Chiropody if you need a same day appointment. The podiatrist there is absolutely lovely and does a great job. You can get over there easily on the 185 bus. http://kenningtonchiropodysurgery.co.ukAll details on website. Azira
I had bilateral plantar fasciitis for three years solidly. The only thing that worked for me in the end was extracorporeal shockwave therapy. Manoj Sood treated me. It was very expensive but I had exhausted every other option (other than platlet-rich injections and surgery).
