Balloon heads on London Bridge

Did anyone else see the three human head-shaped balloons floating side by side from the railings on London Bridge this morning?

Only had a split-second glimpse, but they looked a bit like the Marc Quinn 'Blood Head' sculpture. A reference to the medieval practice of impaling wrong'uns heads on spikes on the Bridge perhaps, or a demonstration by certain forumites (following recent discussions) on how to do torture properly!

I did! Saw them as I was walking over the bridge at about quarter to 8 this morning. I think they're part of an exhibition around London...
