Mexican food coming to SE15? (Anyone?)

I was browsing the planning applications for Rye Lane, Peckham earlier and came across this:

Two empty units next to one another with a proposed change of use from A1 to A3.

Now there are no further details published on the planning site yet, so caution is advised. But when I googled the applicants name I could only come across this:

A Mexican/burrito specialist which has a few restaurants across central London. Surely they aren't planning a move to Peckham? I do hope so (dreaming I know), but the one thing I miss in ED is Somewhere to get an authentic Mexican burrito/wrap.

Does anyone else have any further info?

OK - update. It's not them. I've just spoken to head office. Disappointed, but it's going to become something which is better than an empty unit. Have to wait for further info to come onto the site.
