FS: Phil & Teds super compact smart stroller

Selling our Phil and Teds smart stroller as we no longer need it. This has been our car buggy for use on walks and holidays as it is so compact, it took up hardly any space in the boot. But as he now wants to walk everywhere, we are just keeping one and actually have a second listing for another compact one which was used by our childminder.

This Phil & Teds one is ideal for city living as it is very space conserving and far less hassle than traditional jogger buggies on busy streets and shops, and even public transport.

Another great feature is that you can either push or pull it. This is great if you only have one hand free, or if you're on very uneven ground or a beach.

Check out the video below for a little demo:

Our unit is red like the one in the picture and is largely in excellent condition due to relatively light use, though it could do with a bit of a clean (no rips or non fixable damage).

We're looking for ?30. Collection from SE22, though I can arrange drop off if within a mile.

Extra info:

Here's what another website said about it:

Designed to be used on public transportation like, say, the bus, an option which usually drops off the radar of stroller-pushing parents, the Smart Buggy seems awfully urban to have come from a little sheep-filled country like New Zealand. The Smart Buggy's wheels and legs fold completely away, without having to take the kid out of the rig, and he becomes just an elaborately wrapped piece of carryon luggage.

It looks a lot like a backpack, but the large molded tires let you drive it like a wheelie-popping stroller or pull it like a wheelie suitcase. At 12 lbs, it's not the lightest stroller out there, but it's in the zone. And besides, who cares? Now that you can take the bus again, you don't have to heft the stroller up and down the subway stairs anymore.

Hello,

We love your Phil and Teds Stroller and would love to purchase it. We are however in Jersey for a holiday and not back until Thursday evening and had hoped that wasn't too late? We could transfer the money to your account. We live in Sydenham.

Really look forward to hearing from you.

Many thanks,

Letitia

    • Niko has done several jobs at our place in Honor Oak.Recently we've called him out to replace s shower. We thought that the tiles needed stripping out  and replacing. However he explained that the tiles were perfectly adequate for what we wanted. That sums up Niko. He never recommends unnecessary work and is always conscious of cost. He is also a brilliant plumber who is available to offer free advice over the phone if necessary. He is also an incredibly nice bloke. Our go to plumber. He is fair reasonable and very professional. 5*. The only reluctance we have is that he may get too popular and next time we need him we may have a problem because he is so busy !!
