Desperate people / please donate good quality items to the refugees at the Barry Centre, Barry road.

I just donated a few items to the Barry Centre at the church top of Barry road. The lady said refugees are arriving there sometimes without any shoes on, they have run away from

Syria. Please donate clean, reasonable quality items for adults, babies and children, including toys, toiletries, clothes etc.

there are numerous collection points which distribute the items collected - and shoes is a vital part - but I would be a bit surprised if people had got through all these places and arrived in Barry Road wihout any shoes.

Beggars the question, where are they eating/ sleeping and why are they not getting structured support?

what does it matter, why they haven't got it so far... all the more reason they need it now.

I personally feel although this is placed in the right section, but because of the cause this should also go in the sale section (as a lot of members don't read this section but always giving away free clothes)
