I have a 2bed flat in se22, I rent the spare room short terms from times to times on various websites.

I ll be away from midJan to mid march (so you ll be on your own for 2months+) and would like to rent the room 3to5 months. in this sense you ll have the benefit to live on your own while i m away at the same price and i ll have the comfort to know someone is looking after the house..

house is very nice, just refurbished. pics available. ?800 pcm incl all bills and unlimited internet

flexible on dates and length of your staying

deposit and references

      Oh yes, Dawson Heights is such a cool building! The location isn't right for us, but those flats are lovely. I'm determined to make it to The Modern House with our future not-yet-fashionable ex-LA flat, like some of the Dawson Heights residents did 🙂
