join in our fun fitness class or come and ask us all the questions you have about how or what you want to achieve from your weight loss/shape up goals. We will deliver exercise for women who want to lose your tummy,tone up your bum thighs and all your wobbly bits as well as getting fitter.

    • There is a general lack of appreciation about the safeguards, watch dogs and other ways that government looks to good return on investment, and accountability. Of course every new government comes in and says waste has to be reduced, efficiency increased, often with a tightening of purse strings.
