TurtleBay/Las Iguanas coming to Peckham

According to the Peckham Peculiar the restaurant chain is planning on opening a branch at 149 Rye Lane (Mega Furniture store). There is a planning application with change of use from retail to A3 restaurant use. Exciting news for the expansion in night life options locally? Or a further symptom of progressing gentrification? What does everyone think?

I'm personally happy about this. I don't mind if it's las Iguanas or Turtle Bay both decent restaurants that do a nice selection of cocktails more importantly.

I don't know turtle bay, but love Caribbean food and enjoy the odd cocktail, so sounds all good to me. BTW Lou, are you back on the General thread or is Luoisa someone else?
