Windows need fixing

Good morning

I'm trying to find someone/a company to come into a flat in Rye Lane to fix the windows and have had no success yet! I've had people saying they will come, not turning up and also coming, giving a quote and not coming back to do the job despite chasing. The window lets in so much of a cold draft We've used a temporary measure, window foam seems but it only worked for a short time and now it is back to being a stream of cold air coming through.

We need the hinges on the window frame tightened and insulated again, they are pvc windows, only 5 years old, so don't need replacing.

Can anyone help, suggest anyone good to come for the job please?

Thanks

Sallie

Where is Trinco?     I doubt that the children would like Vietnamese food  although they do like curry and things like chilli con carne, We only have a family meal once or twice a year - this year it is to celebrate a 40th , 53rd,  and 27th birthday- we are both pensioners so we need to keep an eye on prices.  I have in the past cooked for 12 people but it is a tight squash getting everybody in especially as the grandchildren have got older.
