Local Personal Trainer recommendation

Hi All,

Just a quick note to recommend a personal trainer that I've been using since January.

Omar is based out of Dulwich College Sports Club, so has access to their facilities, which you can use with him without being having to join. Also possible to train outside etc in the summer.

He's very patient, but manages to push you beyond what you thought were your limits. Without being the sort of trainer that shouts at you to get you moving.

Highly recommended.
