1 bedroom flat in Herne Hill for short term rent in August

We are looking for a caring,considerate person or couple to rent our home.

The flat is situated in Railton Road, very near Herne Hill station and 2 minutes from Brockwell park. It is on the first floor of a converted house. It has two bedrooms but only the main double bedroom will be available for use.

It is fully furnished and will be left as we use it unless anything is requested to be removed.

We have a 5 y.o so there are toy storage furniture and other childrens items in the sitting room but not the rest of the flan

It'd be ideal for anyone having relatives visiting over the summer so they can stay nearby

Available from 2nd August to 22nd August.

We would like to rent it ideally for the 3 weeks but we would also consider a shorter period or weekly.

Price negotiable depending on length of stay

  Shifting focus slightly away from Sainsburys, for anyone who may do their shopping elsewhere we also have customer donation boxes at Lidl in Peckham and the M&S by East Dulwich Station. If anyone knows of any other store locations that might be amenable to customer collection box (who don't already have one), please let us know, or if anyone might be up for organising a collection at work, at school, at your place of worship, or any one of a long list of other places in support of Albrighton Community Fridge, and you need some support in organising it, please get in touch. It is a daily struggle to maintain a large enough food supply at the moment, so we are incredibly grateful for all support.
