Need office / admin / accounts / project support?

I am available to work on a part time basis to help you with your business or personal admin, including but not limited to: office support, travel booking, diary management, HR, IT, project management, expenses, accounts, insurance and any other reasonable ad hoc office work.

Most recently I have been working closely with the Founder of a PR and Communications agency on challenging changes within the company, planning for the future, preparing accounts, as well as business management.

Previous to this I worked as an Operations Manager at an Executive Search firm. Here I worked closely with the COO on HR and training, legal, office management, health and safety, travel management and IT maintenance, upgrade implementation and strategy. I worked on many projects here, including an office move, opening a US branch of the company and changing IT suppliers. I also managed the Operations Team, which consisted of three members of staff, who I recruited into the company, trained and advised.

In total I have 11 years of experience in client-facing roles including the recruitment, financial services, luxury retail and high-end hospitality. I have also worked as a PA to Directors / Office Manager.

I am available immediately and can be flexible with working hours, I am happy to answer any questions, including charges, and I have references on request.
