and it needs decorating, carpetting a bit but its cosmetic work only. The property is on at 750k with Winkworth(VERY OPEN TO OFFERS) but I am selling it as is on the basis that people generally don't want to pay through the nose for a tarted up property and this way the price is much lower than comparable number of bedroomed houses.
Its one of the soo called Half houses..i.e shared entrance.They are 250k less than comparable houses with their own entrance. Good size garden. ;Lovely quiet neighbours.
