We are de-cluttering and clearing out. Too many items to list, if you want to visit and look through please PM Included are furniture, the chest of drawers, a wall hung cabinet, decorative items like the W German plant pot (2 off) and 17 others, garden tools and gardening equipment, LP records and of course lots of books (adults and childrens) All is for sale, we are open to reasonable offers.   Called them to rewire a fire alarm. They asked for a photo which I have sent as well as details of a spotlight that needed changing, I have no reply from them since even though I have sent WhatsApp messages trying to understand what the issue is.

  Are your neighbours also smelling it? If not, I had a similar issue years ago and found it was down to an emersion heater element failing and putting strain on the wiring, which had to be replaced. Hopefully you can track it down.

  Has anyone else been woken up by an acrid smoky smell in the early hours around CPR/Darrell Road? Has happened a couple of times in the past month, most recently this morning.
