Beautiful ground floor Edwardian two bedroom garden flat is available to rent from 19 August 2017. It is situated on Dunstans Road, a quiet residential road just a short walk to Lordship Lane's popular bars and cafes. It is in the main unfurnished and can be let totally unfurnished if required.

At the front is a newly decorated spacious lounge featuring wooden floorboards, period fireplace and large sash windows with shutters looking out onto a mature front garden. The hallway leads to a newly decorated and soon to be recarpeted double bedroom with double height wardrobe and then onto a single bedroom. The bright and contemporary kitchen comprises a Neff oven, gas hob, slimline dishwasher, fridge freezer, wooden worktops and an extendable dining table with chairs. To the left of the kitchen is the bathroom and utility area with large built in cupboards and Bosch washing machine. Patio doors lead onto a secluded and well kept 50ft private garden. There is free on street parking.

Referencing, tenancy agreement and deposit will be managed through OpenRent. Please see the post for photos and further details:

Hi Jessica

Thanks for your message. What is the closest train station and how long is the walk? Would we be able to see the flat this afternoon between 1.30pm and 2.30pm?

Thanks
Emily
