CAT FOUND: small, black with a white tuft on chest, very friendly

Hello

Little black cat (pic attached) turned up in our garden on Ulverscroft Road on Weds night.

It's clearly lost and confused and is very needy - has been meowing non stop (outdoors and in) ever since.

Can you get it to a vet to see if it's microchipped?
