Hello, When we left the playground at Dulwich Park yesterday afternoon (Monday 7th August), my 5 year old son's blue Islabike was missing and there was another similar blue Islabike with the brakes completely broken left there. If your little one has mistakenly picked up the wrong bike, please please please let me know. We have the other bike and can arrange to swap back. Thanks, Caitlin

  Called them to rewire a fire alarm. They asked for a photo which I have sent as well as details of a spotlight that needed changing, I have no reply from them since even though I have sent WhatsApp messages trying to understand what the issue is.
