WANTED: 3 bed with garden (long let from June/July)

I am looking for a 3 or possibly 4 bed flat or house with a garden/outside space from June/July as a long-let (at least 12 months). We are professional sharers so the property must be HMO licensed. Please contact me if you need more information or have something suitable coming up. Thanks!
