Hi everyone, my sister is a music teacher in Birmingham and completely devoted to spreading the joy of music and singing to all communities, ages & abilities.

She?s just self- published her first book which is a lovely illustrated collection of ?rejigged? classic children?s songs. I?m not remotely musical and to be honest even the baby music groups left me a bit terrified but i can honestly say my kids (4&7) love this book not least because for each song you scan a QR code and there?s a video of her and her 4 year old singing the song so you get the idea!   Are your neighbours also smelling it? If not, I had a similar issue years ago and found it was down to an emersion heater element failing and putting strain on the wiring, which had to be replaced. Hopefully you can track it down.

  Has anyone else been woken up by an acrid smoky smell in the early hours around CPR/Darrell Road? Has happened a couple of times in the past month, most recently this morning.

  I’ve donated several times. They operate all over london and I think usually it’s an opportunity for these kids. amazing to read the responses to this stuff. As someone has suggested go and have a chat next time
