Bespoke wedding dress recommendation

Hello, I wanted to ask if anyone has had their wedding dress custom made and what they thought of the process and the outcome. How much did it cost, either the dress overall or just the seamstress and do you have any recommendations or experiences with anyone. Knowing who to avoid is just as good as knowing who to go to. A friend of mine is a designer so I have the design, I just need someone to make the dress really. Thanks La_Tange
