Hi There,

Just accepted offer on my new build flat approx 5 years old.Estate agent tells

me i need to get hold of one of these for a charge of around ?80.Do I actually

need one of these or are they just trying to make money from me?

You do legally need to get one, but you can get them cheaper than ?80 elsewhere.

I have used this company very efficient.The cost ?45.00, called on Monday EPC received Tuesday or Wednesday.
