Short term let: Early Feb until end of April

Hi,

I am going travelling for 3 months from early February and would like to rent out my 2 bed flat on Ashbourne Grove, East Dulwich. It's split level over the first/second floors with direct access to the garden. It would involve cat sitting too so I would adjust the rent accordingly. I'd prefer a professional single or couple.
