Hey all.

Our hours mate has just moved in with her boyfriend and we were going to try having a spare room, but decided that we would like to have someone else around?

We are very flexible in terms of rental period, be it a few weeks or a few months.

Lovely flat on Peckham Rye, sharing with one couple and one other male. two of us work evenings and the other 9-5 so odd hours make caring for our little dog possible.

the flat is second floor, secure with balcony looking over the park, all usual stuff and two loo's.

Rent depends on what you want be it Mon-Friday or a few weeks, but about the ?600 a month mark.
