Wanted: 2 rooms in a flat share Forest Hill/East Dulwich

Hi,

We are two teaching professionals (female, 29 and 33 yo) and we are looking for two rooms in a flat share from end of July/ beginning of August. The rooms would ideally need to be furnished with at least a bed. We are tidy and considerate of shared spaces. Our budget would be ?450-550 per month each, and it would be great if that could include all bills. :)
