Although it's South of the river, it has great transport links. The local station connects to London Bridge in 12 mins. A wide variety of buses into town and surrounding areas (Trafalgar / Leicester sq, Tottenham court Road, Brixton, Herne Hill etc). The flat's postcode is SE22 8DQ. 5 mins walk to station and Lordship Lane. There's Dulwich Park (one of the original Victoria park's alongside Regents, Hyde, Battersea etc) in Dulwich Village 10 mins walk. I work in Blackfriars and cycle to work in 20 mins.Flat is 1 bed. Living room at the front and set back from road. It's is very quiet due to secondary glazing. Kitchen is in the middle with door to rear of the property. Bathroom with rain shower and separate toilet. Bedroom is at the rear overlooking garden. You get sun in the morning through large original sash windows (which have custom double glazing). Garden is private to the flat and not really overlooked. It's easy to forget you are in Zone 2. You get the sun until late in the summer.Communal areas were recently refurbished with new paintwork and thick carpet. There's 2 other flats (3 story house) which are owner occupied.
