Hello, I'm Tom, 40, I work in an academic art library, and as an artist (with a studio in New Cross). I'm quiet (tho sociable), clean, friendly and respectful. Low/no maintenance, no piles of dishes, no loud music in the depths of night, etc. I'm looking for a room in East Dulwich or nearby. Rent anything up to ?600 pcm. It could also be a sublet or shorter term lease (3 months miniumum). I'm flexible on move-in dates between now and January. If you're interested and would like to know anything else, please ask!
