Hello - after over two and a half very happy years of living in this gorgeous flat with my amazing flat mate, I am moving in with my boyfriend so my room is available to rent.

This is a two-bed flat, on the first and second floor of a semi detached house on a great road in Peckham, next door to a delightful pub.

The room is a double and comes with a double bed and open wardrobe/rail. The rest of the house is furnished.

There is a large living room and kitchen - with a kitchen table, a bathroom with shower and toilet and another separate toilet on the first floor.

It's about a ten minute walk to either Peckham rye station (ridiculously well-connected) and also east dulwich station.

You will be lucky enough to live with one of the most awesome people I have ever met. She is super friendly and fun; she is a scientist, cyclist, vegetarian who goes to capoeira. She is very clean, tidy, thoughtful and considerate. You will probably have to put up with me visiting from time to time as I may get withdrawal symptoms from her : )

The contract is until the end of August 2017. Rent is 725 pm excluding bills.

We are quite flexible on moving in date so let us know your situation and we can discuss.

    • Thanks to all for the advice, very glad to have this community for these enquiries. Here is how it got resolved in case its useful for anyone in the future: I had ordered some garden waste bags, and when the Veolia person came around I just asked them, and they were more than happy to take it no questions asked. 🙂
    • I keep seeing a thread 'missing cat', but you've been found.  Not sure if all would consider that a good thing.  Not a lot new happening ....  When you back in Blighty?
    • In March Oli and his team did an excellent job of the following work at a property I manage.  1. Completely removing existing broken front path. Covering and securing the void (coal shute) beneath using concrete lintels, waterproof membrane and concrete. Laying a compacted sub-base and new clay pavers. 2. Removing broken fence. Securely installing 6 fence posts and 5 fence panels across the end of the back garden. Base of posts wrapped in plastic  sheath and set in post mix. 3. Removing broken render from terrace steps and cleaning then re-rendering steps where needed and repairing other parts.  4. Jet washing rear patio. I would like to thoroughly recommend him to you for a job done very well at a fair price.
