I'm looking for a lodger for my lovely spare room. I live in Nairne Grove, which is superconvenient, Zone 2, in the North Dulwich triangle 5 minutes walk to North Dulwich Station (London Bridge) and 10 minutes walk to Herne Hill (Brixton/Victoria). The P4 (to Brixton) 42 (the city) and 37 (Peckham/East Dulwich)bus stop is a two minute walk, and Denmark Hill Rail is about 12 min walk.

The room is quiet and comfortable. It has a desk for those who are looking to study or bring work home with them. There's a large double wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Ideally, this would suit an independent professional or full-time student (non-smoker, female with refs, single occupancy only)

I would consider Monday - Friday (?580PCM) or full-time (?700pcm) which includes all bills and weekly professional cleaner.
