Hi everyone,

My partner and I are both full-time professionals. We have been renting a property in Southwark for 3 and a half years but we are now ready to buy and are eager to move to the Dulwich/Peckham/Forest Hill areas as we have friends and family there and we are in love with the area.

Our budget is 330-340k and we are looking for a 1 (or 2) bedroom flat with direct access to a garden, one that is ideally private as we have a dog.

If you know of any properties like this becoming available this year, please do let us know as we'd love to discuss it.

  maybe anyone, anyone, who posts cliched doggerel such as "London has fallen" should just be ignored Heads up: London has in no way "fallen" even with benefit of doubt that a poster may not know "London has fallen" is a trope used by racists, it's nonsense on it's own terms. But it IS a trope used by racists so if I was poster who had uniwttingly used that phrase I might reconsider
