2 Bed in Peckham / Nunhead

Hi, I am looking for a two bed for my son (2) and I from end June / start of July ideally. We are long-time residents of the area, but recently have been in NY (my home town) for 6 months for work/family and are returning for long term on 22 June. I'd love to be back in the neighbourhood. I am a former landlord myself so have full appreciation for people's properties and the whole rental process. My sister is nearby and would be able to come round for viewings on my behalf before we get back.
