Couple looking for 1/2 bedroom flat with garden (pets allowed) from end September

My boyfriend and I are looking for a flat or house to rent in the East Dulwich, Crystal Palace, Anerley and Penge vicinity.

Hopefully the property will have a garden and allow us to have a well trained relaxed dog.

We have full time jobs. David works in the NHS as a psychological therapist and I work as a business manager for a literacy agency. We are clean and organised people, hoping to find a place to stay for a number of years and to make it our home.
