Hi Kirsten.

I have a 4 bed house in ED,( just off Lordship Lane at the Goose Green End.)

The current tenants are due to leave on 7th Sept ( they have been in the house for 4 years.)

We will need to paint and do repairs etc, before it will be available to let again. So it will probably not be available until end Sept, early October.
