I have a 2 bed, ground floor, garden flat on a quite road in East Dulwich.

It is classified as a 1 bed (only pay rent on a 1bed).

I would like to swap for a property in the same area with a two bed without garden or something that is easy to maintain as my health no longer permits heavy duty maintenance.
