Hi there,

I am moving out of a lovely double room (with shower room)in a very large flat which is available from mid to end of November (flexibility on dates) ?650 inclusive of bills

The room has a double bed, a triple built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

A Juliet balcony which has great views over

London, including the Canary Wharf skyline! It has

its own showerroom in the loft. The loft space is brand new

and the whole flat has been refurbished

over the last year or so. It's a light, very

spacious and warm flat - there is a separate large

kitchen at the back, and a large living room at the

front.

You would be living with two fun, friendly,

professional girls in their 30s who also

have their own bathrooms. Each bedroom is on a

different floor which makes sharing easy

and stess-free.

Please give me a shout if interested ( I can send photos) or you have any questions.

(Female only)

Hi Sam

I would?absolutely love to move back to East Dulwich. I was there for six years. Our elderly landlord became unwell and terminated, following which I moved fairly swiftly over to the Isle of Dogs, where my current housemates often use the kitchen at night despite my pleas. It's right next to my room, so I'm looking for a change of scene and some much needed sleep.

I'm a 33 year old male. I'm very tidy, quiet, unintimidating, friendly and generally easy-going. After ten years in financial services, I'm going through a career transition at the moment to finish writing a book I?d been working on and have since picked up some voluntary work alongside seeing a career coach to plan my next move. I'm well-capitalised and could evidence savings, pay a sum up front or use a guarantor as required by the credit check.

In my spare time, I like to write, read, cycle, see friends and watch films.

If you have any questions just let me know.

    • We had one that projected stars and played lullabies. It was a soft toy bee with a hard plastic back. I know we used it but can’t recall how effective it was.  What was brilliant was the Lulla sleep doll which has a heart beat sound. That was a critical sleep aid for the first couple of years.
    • Hmmm, millions of animals are killed each year to eat in this country.  10,000 animals (maybe many more) reared to be eaten by exotic pets, dissected by students, experimented on by cosmetic and medical companies.  Why is this any different? Unless you have a vegan lifestyle most of us aren't in a position to judge.  I've not eaten meat for years, try not to buy leather and other animal products as much as possible but don't read every label, and have to live with the fact that for every female chick bred to (unaturally) lay eggs for me to eat, there will be male that is likely top be slaughtered, ditto for the cow/milk machines - again unnatural. I wasn't aware that there was this sort of market, but there must be a demand for it and doubt if it is breaking any sort of law. Happy to be proved wrong on anything and everything.
