Looking for after school nanny

Hi We are looking for an after school nanny for a September start to care for our two fun-loving boys (8&6). As a minimum it would be for three days a week (most likely tues to thurs, although to be discussed) from 3.15-7.00. We could also offer some additional morning and/or holiday hours if of interest.   Well if you did get anywhere please let me know... we have speed cushions outside our property in Honor Oak Road, my house has been being shaken along with the accompanying noise since 2008.. the council just keeps telling me it not the speed cushions and we are too far away from them.
