Wheel Chair (one that can be colapsed ) urgently needed for an elderly lady

I'm a carer for a lovely 80+ lady who struggles to get about because of pains in her legs. She can't afford one so would appreciate if someone is got some locked away and in good condition. It would help her get out a lot more easily.

I'm happy to pick it up for her.
