Does anyone know where we can borrow street barriers for a street party.

You apply to the Events team in Southwark council and they'll arrange delivery and arrange the traffic control notice with Highways. See link below for all the details.

I found it to be a surprisingly easy process but you do need to consult with all neighbours in writing before sending the application to Southwark 6 weeks in advance of your planned date.
