REQUEST for assistance to set up Mac

I had to wipe the drive of my Apple Mac to get rid of a ransom virus but now it's refusing to reinstall Lion as when I try to enter my Apple ID, it says it's temporarily unavailable. I've tried all the usual tech help sites but to no avail. Grrr. I really need the computer but don't know what to do from here. Does anyone have the techy know how to help me out? There's a bottle of wine in it... *hopeful smile* Located near the Actress.

  Just to say it is certainly only about the prices. I remember Suzanne from when my cat Milly Molly Mandy was ill. She was very kind and I am sure that has not changed or that she would have vets in the practice who were not well qualified and kind.
